True Integration is a new
company recently formed through the merger of
two
established product suppliers based in Silicon
Valley. The combined expertise
of Signal Transfer Technology and J B Precision
focuses on a range of design
and manufacturing of mechanical and electro mechanical
products.
Together we design and build hardware
for semiconductor package test,
wafer sort and programming applications including
a patented line of long life,
configurable test and programming sockets, test
head manipulator systems and production docking
solutions.
We also continue to develop new
test signal transmission hardware and
mechanical interlock mechanisms that let production
part handlers connect with test equipment.
We are also an original equipment
manufacturer and precision machining center servicing
the medical and semiconductor test industries,
fabrication and
burn-in companies, OEM tooling for specialized
manufacturers, sporting
products and automotive accessories.
Since 1999 Signal Transfer Technology
has been creating solutions for highly
specialized applications as well as high density,
multi-site production
set-ups. With our own machining center and fast-turn
prototyping capability we
can tailor a solution to meet our customers' individual
requirements.
JB Precision was founded by Jason
Boudreault originally in his garage in 1998
and relocated to a commercial facility in Gilroy
in 2000.
Jason is a third generation machinist.
JB Precision's customer base is quite
diverse and includes the medical industry, semiconductor
test, fabrication and
burn-in equipment, OEM tooling for specialized
manufacturers, sporting
products and accessories, auto accessories and
walk-in clients.
Our philosophy and what sets us
apart is our commitment to integrity and
accuracy in our business dealings. Feedback from
our customers often gives the impression that
they feel they are the only customer because of
the focus in
our communication.
Most often we are told that we
are a preferred supplier because we "do what
we
say we will do." This comes down to being
honest about your capacity, not over
committing, putting in the extra effort when needed
and producing very high
quality machined products.
